Born on 13th day of Feb.1986 is Mr. Paul Ochieng Odera.Attended primary school at Lieye pri, from 1993 to 1998 and later joined Ngutu pri. from 1999 to 2001 when he sat for KCPE and later joined St Marks sec. school-Obambo from 2002-2005.
